About Caprizza Cagliari

The dim lighting and rustic wooden tables create a cozy but lively environment where conversations blend with the faint aroma of baking dough. At Caprizza Cagliari, the atmosphere is punctuated by the occasional clatter from the open kitchen, hinting at the care behind each pizza's preparation. While the seating can become cramped during busy evenings, the friendly staff tend to maintain a steady rhythm that prevents the experience from feeling rushed or chaotic. Photographs shared by recent diners reveal vibrant, generously topped pizzas that immediately appeal to the eye, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to both visual and culinary satisfaction.

Exploring the Caprizza Cagliari menu unveils a variety of traditional and inventive pizzas, where the dough strikes a delicate balance between crispness and chewiness. The variety extends beyond pizza, with a small but thoughtfully curated selection of salads and appetizers that complement the main fare without overwhelming it. Reviews from regular visitors often highlight the authenticity found in each bite, though some note that the flavors occasionally lean toward simplicity rather than bold experimentation. Value-wise, prices align with the quality of ingredients and the bustling neighborhood setting, ensuring the diner pays for experience as much as food.

In many respects, the Caprizza Cagliari restaurant blends the charm of a local pizzeria with subtle refinements that elevate it from a casual spot to a place worth returning to. The balance of traditional Italian techniques and fresh ingredients reflects a dedication to quality, though at times the lighting and acoustics can make the space feel less intimate than some might prefer. Visitors examining Caprizza Cagliari reviews often commend the consistency in service and food, while photos captured by various patrons underscore the vibrant appeal that keeps the dining scene in Cagliari lively and engaging.

We had the Caesar salad which was unfortunately nothing special and basic. Ordered two pizzas which were good quality. Would recommend if you need a quick bite of lunch. Not sure why they serve bread when you eat pizza?? A bit expensive but not as much as other places

Good, honest pizza. It's a shame there aren't any seafood or tuna options. Served very quickly and efficiently.

Amazing food, amazing experience, we arrived at 8pm and the food came very fast, honestly the best Italian we’ve ever had. Pizza and pasta were cooked to perfection, everything arrived fresh and hot. The waiters were polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Caprizza was superb. We ordered some arancini con carne as takeaway. In fact, it was the last day in Cagliari, on a Sunday. And we had drove almost all around the city, and could find not a single restaurant that sold arancini at a fair price. Thankfully Caprizza was there. When we arrived, a gentleman approached me, we exchanged some words and he cracked some jokes, just to find out we had both lived Frankfurt before. The arancina was tasty - word from a Siciliano by birthplace ;). To my opinion the best we had in Sardinia. The packaging felt also quite premium, an A+ as well. Next time we fly to Cagliari, Caprizza is our first stop for a dinner for sure! Salutoni

Really tasty pizza, even if some of them are not the most traditional Italian style. The menu is huge, so there's something for everyone (available in a lot of languages). We tried two unusual ones: the Integrale ai Datterini with whole wheat dough and the Genuina with a ricotta-stuffed crust. Both were amazing and totally different from any other pizzas we've had. We sat outside under a covered walkway, which had a nice cozy vibe. Inside looked modern and super clean, though the bathroom could use a bit more attention. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

Delicious pizzas served in an attractive setting overlooking the marina. Service was prompt and attentive, and prices were very reasonable. I visited for lunch on October 3rd and would definitely come back.

Finally, a review for one of our favorite pizzerias in Cagliari. I’ll keep it short and to the point: if you’re looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza, I have to say Caprizza never disappoints. What I love the most is the consistency, and Caprizza always delivers. However, please keep in mind that this is a chain restaurant, and like most chains, the service ranges from good to mediocre, and the atmosphere is just okay. highly recommended & 2 tips: avoid peek hours and weekends and avoid ordering appetizers or desserts… it’s definitely not their specialty :-)
